What is Veinwave?
Veinwave is designed to complement microsclerotherapy treatment and deals with the smaller veins which micro-sclerotherapy cannot improve and is ideal for faces.

 

How does it work?
Veinwave works by a process called thermocoagulation. The energy created by high frequency current produces a thermal lesion which destroys the vein while preserving the skin. This procedure can be used safely on faces and legs.

 

How long is a treatment?
Veinwave treatment time is approximately 10 to 15 minutes which represents 200 to 250 impulses which will cover both cheeks and the nasal area.

 

Are there any after effects?
Tiny circular red marks that look a bit like bee stings appear. These form minute scabs which will disappear in 5 to 10 days, eliminating the risk of burning, pigmentation and bruises which are commonly associated with laser treatment.

 

Will the treated areas be ok if exposed to sun?
Treatment with Veinwave is fine before sun holidays as long as a factor 30+ is used.
